Ahhh Spring is finally here!!!  So great to be outdoors without being bundled up!  We are gearing up for our home show and the 2010 show/market season. Wishing you Peace, Denise   P.S.  As always, our work is available for purchase by appointment at our studio.  Below is my Salad Dressing recipe I promised to several people at the Royal Oak Clay and Glass Festival.  Enjoy...and as Julia Childs always said:  "Bonne Appetite!!"                                         Denise's Salad Dressing 1 clove garlic smashed and chopped fine 1 Tablespoon lemon juice 2 Tablespoons red wine vinegar 1/4 cup extra virgine olive oil 1 tsp. Worchestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon each dried dill, basil & oregano Dash burgundy wine (if you have it...just adds a zip!) Combine ingredients and whisk to moisten.  To adjust to your own taste, you can add more lemon juice, red wine vinegar, burgundy, olive oil or Worchestershire sauce.  Salt and pepper to taste.  Wonderful over romaine lettuce with dried cherries, walnuts, chopped green onion, celery, carrots & gorgonzola blue cheese.  Enjoy!
